I am passionate about helping individuals explore their inner world and build resilience through meaningful therapeutic relationships. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I approach each client with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for their unique life story.
I believe that healing begins when we are truly heard. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and a holistic view of mental wellness.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature, journaling, and listening to music that calms the mind. I find joy in meaningful conversations, long walks, and exploring new perspectives on life. I also value stillness and solitude, which help me stay grounded and present for those I serve.
